Leadership is an essential component of the education and training provided at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). As the premier institution for producing future leaders in law enforcement, the PNPA places great emphasis on developing its cadets' leadership skills.With all its achievement and challenges, it remains to be the standard of everything with the leadership of the Director, a two-star General leader of the Academy.
Police Major General Eric Escosio Noble, a well decorated police officer and his ever-supportive wife, Dr. Cecilia Noble built a connection. And a dream not only for their family and needs, but rather, to help and improve the country’s premiere police institution. Six months after Police Major General Noble was assigned to be the Director of the PNPA, various of programs were already launched to promote and hone the skills of the cadets, particularly in his support in sports, livelihood and environmental, academics and especially his firm stand on War Against Hazing and Guard Against Maltreatment or the so called, “WAHGAM”. While the director is busy doing what is needed for the improvement of the academy, Dr. Noble in his behalf is active supporting the academics of the cadets just to ensure the quality of education is being brought forth to the cadets.
As such, the Director and his wife’s vision for the betterment of the Academy has been recognized by many sectors of the PNP, private organizations, as well as the Lakan Community. The welfare of the cadets as their main priority and always keeping in promise to the Academy’s motto, Justice, Integrity and Service. As the Director’s good leadership and the support of his lovely wife, Police Major General Noble has inspired the cadets to leave a legacy that will honor the PNPA and the PNP Core Values and instill what a cadet should be in the future of their cadetship program.

As the couple showcase their love and devotion to serve the Academy, it is obvious to see that the Academy had finally found its new Home and Family.
